The Sail Loft is a romantic hideaway which sleeps up to 2 people and is one of Scilly’s best kept secrets! As its name implies, this is a unique loft conversion on the top floor. It is a long airy studio room, complete with double bed, L-shaped kitchen and a dining and lounge area with separate shower room. The views through the windows are stunning. Watch the sunrise and the activity in the harbour or perhaps see the sun set and gaze out further afield towards Tresco.

We pride ourselves that our flats are like a home from home. The Sail Loft is comfortably furnished and facilities include: Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD player, radio, iron and ironing board.

Newly replaced and refurbished for the 2017 season, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped with toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with ice box, electric hob, oven with built in grill and microwave oven.

The shower room is fully tiled and has a shaver point and electric towel rail.

Our rental price includes all electricity (and heating). Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided, beds are made up on arrival and all linen can be changed weekly if required. We provide tea towels and oven gloves in the kitchen.

A washing machine and tumble drier (both on a coin meter) are available in Harbour Lights.

Flat 15, The Sail Loft is currently graded as 3* Gold Award Accommodation with VisitEngland, and has been upgraded with new bedroom furniture ready for the 2018 season.  A full accessibility guide can be viewed here, the information is also included on the website.

All our flats are non-smoking and pet free.

The tariff for this accommodation is between £595 and £795 per week.
