Take the Skybus taxi bus to the centre of town, informing the driver of your holiday destination. The bus will stop either at the town hall or in the square outside the Bishop and Wolf pub. Cross the road, past the Bourdeaux shop and proceed down the lane alongside the gift shop

Harbour Lights: numbers 12 and 15. Use the front door opening from the street into the front hall (please mind the step inside the door).

Pass down the hall through the glazed fire door (please mind your head) until the bottom of the spiral staircase is reached. Ascend the staircase.

Flat number 12 is on the second floor with the Sail Loft number 15 on the top floor.

Smugglers Ride: number 4. All these flats are reached through the front door up the few stone steps to the front porch (please mind these steps).

Flat 4, Sea Spray is through the next door, up a few steps and down one step there is a grab rail on your right.

Both our buildings are very old, so please be aware that the steps may not be uniform, our stairs are a little steep in places and you may have to mind your head especially from the front nail down the steps into our yard and onto the beach. If in doubt please telephone.

1. When your flat is ready the key will be in the front door.
2. Please let us know your arrival time.
3. Normally hirers may not take possession of the flat until 13:00 on the day of the commencement of hire.
If you arrive earlier, please come to the flats, leave your luggage downstairs and ask our caretaker for an approximate time when your flat will be available (this could be from midday, 12:00 onwards). We will finish the flat as soon as possible.

We ask for flats to be vacated by 09:30 in the morning of your departure day.
If you are arriving very early or leaving late labeled luggage may be left in the hall at your own risk.
