How To Book

Provisionally Book

To check accommodation availability you can view the availability calendar on each accommodation page, fill in the form on the contact us page or telephone 01202 722910. You will then be advised of the availability and price for the accommodation. Should you wish to book a booking form will be sent to you by email or post for you to return within 7 days with the deposit. We send out written confirmation once the deposit and completed booking form is received.

Deposit

To secure your booking we require a non-refundable £200 deposit with a completed booking form. The balance of your accommodation is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. We prefer payment by BACS although we also accept cheques. Bank details are available on the booking form which is sent to you following a provisional booking.

Getting to Scilly- Isles of Scilly Travel

You can travel to the islands by air on Skybus or by sea on the Scillonian. Parking is available at both departure points and links to public transport. Further details are available on the Isles of Scilly Travel website

It is helpful to let us know your travel plans so we can ensure your accommodation is ready on your arrival, however we aim to make your flat available from 1pm. For arrival before 1pm and departure after 9:30am you are welcome to leave your bags within the building until collection.

Cancellations and insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out insurance against; cancellation of your holiday, and perhaps include a travel delay. Being a group of islands some 28 miles out from Lands End, we are at the mercy of the weather and this can sometimes cause delays! When you book a holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel your holiday, you are still liable to pay the total amount for the holiday by the due date. We will always do our best to re-let the flat after a cancellation and if successful we will refund the balance less teh non-refundable deposit of £200 and less any shortfall figure if he holiday was let at a reduced rate.

Cancellations must be advised by telephone and then confirmed in writing but the applicant still remains liable for payment of the full amount of the letting fee. Failure to make such a payment will be treated as a breach of contract. This does not affect your statutory rights.Full information can be found in our Booking Terms and Conditions.
